Sharon was invited along as a guest by Cathriona Frawley of SCOPE ITR a Technical consultancy service who sponsored the Ukrainian Fire service to attend the event.

The daytime, filled with competitive events and training exercises was eye opening, with UK Fire Service personnel displaying their skills and expertise in some of the most challenging circumstances. The UK services took the opportunity to help provide support and training to their Ukrainian counterparts on new methods and equipment, with the hope they leave with new skills to help support the difficulties they face back home.
